Our client is a non-profit organization operating in the field of applied training and capability development in high-security-risk environments. The core focus is the design and implementation of practical training solutions for professional teams operating in complex and dynamic conditions.

We are looking for a professional who can launch and scale the B2B sales function — working with commercial clients while we build a long-term Upstream-B2G pipeline.

We are looking for a professional who can launch and scale the B2B sales function — working with commercial clients while we build a long-term Upstream-B2G pipeline.


Key Responsibilities

  • Full B2B cycle ownership: Take full responsibility for the end-to-end engagement process with commercial clients (OEMs, integrators) in accordance with the defined Jira workflow.

  • Core product sales: Focus on short- and mid-term projects such as AMS (ad hoc expert consulting) and OIP (operational integration projects).

  • Communication & negotiations: Establish contact, identify client needs, deliver presentations, and negotiate cooperation terms.

  • Proposal development: Closely collaborate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to prepare the technical Scope of Work (SoW) and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost estimates.

  • Documentation & handover: Support contract execution, NDA signing, and ensure smooth handover to the Project Management Office (PMO) for the delivery phase.

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development in defense-tech or another related high-tech industry.

  • Understanding of UAV classification (by type and mission), key characteristics (range, payload), and use cases. An engineering background is not required, but strong familiarity with the terminology is essential.

  • General understanding of electronic warfare (EW) and signals intelligence (SIGINT), as well as the importance of secure communications. Clear understanding of the challenges your products address in this domain.

  • General understanding of modern battlefield tactics and the role of technology in contemporary warfare. This is essential for effective communication with defense-sector clients.

  • English proficiency: B2/C1 level.

  • Proven track record of successful deal closure.

  • Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to project handover.
