Key Responsibilities
Розвиток та стандартизація конструкторської функції: процеси, регламенти, інженерні практики
Формування організаційної структури команди: ролі, відповідальності, принципи взаємодії
Операційне управління діяльністю: планування ресурсів, балансування навантаження, пріоритизація
Забезпечення ефективності інженерних процесів та їх масштабованості
Участь у прийнятті ключових технічних рішень і проведення design-review
Впровадження та розвиток систем управління інженерними змінами (ECR/ECO) і структурою КД
Контроль системності, актуальності та керованості інженерних даних
Формування підходів до аналізу відмов і накопичення інженерної експертизи
Ініціювання та підтримка покращень продуктів і процесів на системному рівні
Розвиток та стандартизація конструкторської функції: процеси, регламенти, інженерні практики
Формування організаційної структури команди: ролі, відповідальності, принципи взаємодії
Операційне управління діяльністю: планування ресурсів, балансування навантаження, пріоритизація
Забезпечення ефективності інженерних процесів та їх масштабованості
Участь у прийнятті ключових технічних рішень і проведення design-review

Requirements
Relevant higher education in engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related fields)
Prior experience in a Lead or Chief Design Engineer role within a manufacturing company
Experience in leading an engineering team
Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks or equivalent systems)
Practical expertise in applying ESKD standards and preparing complete sets of engineering documentation
Understanding of a full range of manufacturing technologies, from machining (CNC) and laser cutting to metal bending
Ability to design with consideration of manufacturing constraints and principles of design for manufacturability (DFM/DFA)
Strong analytical and systems thinking skills, with the ability to make engineering decisions and take responsibility for them
