Formation and implementation of the company's development strategy.
Making strategic and crisis decisions.
Building an effective organizational structure and management system.
Operational business management and ensuring the implementation of key goals.
Team formation, development and management.
Building and scaling production from scratch.
Managing financial, operational and team performance.
Interaction with government agencies, partners and key stakeholders.
Formation and implementation of the company's development strategy.

Requirements
Executive Experience: Proven C-Level leadership experience within the defense sector (MilTech / DefTech or related manufacturing).
Business Growth: A track record of building or scaling a business.
Manufacturing Expertise: Experience in establishing teams and processes within a manufacturing environment; deep understanding of production cycles.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership and management skills; ability to operate effectively under uncertainty and high responsibility.
Mindset: Systems thinking and a clear focus on results.
