Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring compliance of financial and documentation processes with the requirements of the Diia.City legal regime.

  • Preparing registers and full documentation packages for internal and/or external audits.

  • Interaction with auditors, audit support, and provision of required materials and explanations.

  • Control and maintenance of primary accounting documentation (acts, invoices, delivery notes, contracts) and recording business transactions in accounting and tax records.

  • Reconciliation with counterparties, control of data accuracy, and participation in the closing of reporting periods.

  • Support of employee business trips, including preparation of orders and a complete set of required documents.

  • Support of the VAT function, including control over registration of tax invoices and adjustment calculations, formation of tax credit, preparation and submission of tax returns, and monitoring of tax risks.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting.

  • Practical experience in payroll, taxes and reporting, primary documentation and period closing, as well as working with banks, payments, electronic document management systems, and qualified electronic signatures.

  • High level of responsibility and strict adherence to confidentiality (personal data, financial information).

  • Systematic approach to work, attention to detail, and strong process organization skills.

  • Stress resilience during peak periods (payroll, reporting).

  • English language proficiency will be an advantage.
