We are seeking an experienced professional ready to work at the intersection of project management, strategic development, and partnership coordination within the defense and security domain.
This role involves managing complex, cross-organizational projects aimed at strengthening the capabilities of Ukraine’s security and defense sector.

This role involves managing complex, cross-organizational projects aimed at strengthening the capabilities of Ukraine’s security and defense sector.
Key Responsibilities
Planning and structuring projects within the NGO.
Project implementation and execution of strategic initiatives.
Coordination with the NGO’s internal team, as well as external and international partners within projects focused on strengthening the capacities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Organization and coordination of resource mobilization (personnel, equipment, materials) to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibility for the organization’s most complex and/or strategic projects.
Supervision and mentorship of other project managers.
Monitoring, evaluation, and reporting on project outcomes.

Requirements
Proven experience in managing projects of varying complexity and intensity.
Experience in end-to-end (turnkey) project delivery.
Solid understanding of the military domain and strong familiarity with defense-related topics.
Strong negotiation skills and professional business correspondence skills.
Excellent communication skills.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Prior service in the Defense Forces of Ukraine is a strong advantage.
High level of responsibility, self-organization, and ability to work effectively in a team.
Willingness to travel within Ukraine and internationally.
Proven experience in managing projects of varying complexity and intensity.
