The company is currently in a phase of active growth and scaling, and is looking for a professional who can build a systematic approach to quality and improve product stability.

Key Responsibilities
QMS Development: Design and implement a Quality Management System from scratch within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
End-to-End Control: Organize quality assurance across all stages: incoming component inspection, in-process control, and final product testing (OQC).
Defect Analytics: Implement tracking systems and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) while ensuring full product traceability.
Standardization: Develop internal standards and prepare the organization for certification (ISO 9001, AQAP).
Field Operations: Collaborate with R&D and Production, including field visits (including frontline zones) to gather feedback and analyze system performance in real-world conditions.
Team Leadership: Design the organizational structure for the quality function and build/develop your own team.

Requirements
Leadership Experience: 5+ years in senior quality management roles (priority given to candidates from mid-to-large scale businesses with 100+ employees).
System Building: Proven track record of building or transforming Quality Management Systems (QMS) from the ground up.
Manufacturing Expertise: Deep understanding of production processes, control methodologies, and defect management.
Executive Maturity: Ability to work autonomously, manage stakeholder expectations, and take full ownership of the final result.
Soft Skills: Flexibility, rapid response to changes, and high-level communication culture.
Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail and structural thinking.
Mobility: Willingness to relocate to Dnipro and travel for business as required.
Experience with quality standards (ISO 9001, AQAP).
Experience adapting processes to government and defense requirements.
Experience launching or scaling production.
Experience in the defense industry.
