Key Responsibilities
Your main challenge:
Ensure effective interaction with defense manufacturers – from the first contact to full integration into the ecosystem.
Build long-term relationships with participating companies and increase their level of engagement.
Create a clear and transparent onboarding process for new members.
Ensure high-quality handling of manufacturers’ requests and their transformation into concrete solutions.
Execution and development:
Coordinate daily communication with manufacturers and process requests of varying complexity.
Manage the onboarding process: interviews, checks, document preparation, integration.
Set up and maintain a structured data system (databases, registers, interaction status tracking).
Support interaction between manufacturers and internal teams for implementation of initiatives.
Communication with manufacturers within the implementation of internal projects, surveys, and partnership activities.
Interaction and synchronization:
Document interactions with manufacturers and keep databases up to date.
Monitor the status of key processes for each participant.
Synchronize with the team regarding priorities and task statuses.
Ensure timely feedback on requests and maintain communication in chats.

Experience in customer service, account management, or process coordination.
Strong communication skills – ability to work with diverse requests and stakeholders.
High level of organization and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a high volume of information.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, spreadsheets, databases).
English – B1+ (ability to understand documents and communicate at a basic level).
