We are currently looking for a Head of Export Control, Logistics, and Insurance who will oversee regulatory compliance, coordinate logistics operations, and manage insurance related to operations, cargo, and company premises.

We are currently looking for a Head of Export Control, Logistics, and Insurance who will oversee regulatory compliance, coordinate logistics operations, and manage insurance related to operations, cargo, and company premises.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure full company compliance with export control regulations.
Prepare documents and procedures to obtain export authorizations.
Organize and coordinate logistics, including equipment demonstrations in urgent situations, as well as maintenance, servicing, and repair of equipment.
Manage insurance for operations, cargo, and company premises.
Optimize supply chains and international shipments to ensure timely and secure delivery.
Identify operational risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Support international projects and coordinate with government agencies, international partners, and internal departments.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for export control, logistics, and insurance processes.
Provide accurate reporting and analysis to management

Requirements
University degree; additional certificates or courses in export control, logistics, or insurance are a plus.
Experience in export control, logistics, and insurance, preferably in the defense industry.
Experience in managing international operations and crisis situations.
Fluent English for independent communication with international partners.
Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in an international environment.
