Our client is a defense holding scaling into a management structure with verticals in optics, communications, and strike systems (Deep Strike). The company develops and mass-produces a line of UAVs – ranging from reconnaissance drones to long-range solutions that change the situation in the field every day.

We are looking for a leader who can build and drive the product strategy for a group of companies, ensure the transition from R&D developments to mass-produced products, and scale manufacturing to thousands of units.

We are looking for a leader who can build and drive the product strategy for a group of companies, ensure the transition from R&D developments to mass-produced products, and scale manufacturing to thousands of units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement a unified product strategy for the holding that integrates disparate verticals (optics, communications, boards, drones) into a cohesive ecosystem.

  • Lead the transformation of engineering developments into serial products capable of scaling to thousands of units per month.

  • Launch an R&D resource prioritization system to focus teams on the most promising and critically important solutions for the front line.

  • Manage the product portfolio lifecycle from concept to decommissioning.

  • Establish close synchronization between R&D centers and production sites to minimize Time–to–Market.

  • Synchronize the work of technical leads and the Head of Experience Officer for rapid implementation of combat feedback into subsequent product iterations.

  • Report to the holding's leadership on product metrics, the development status of key lines, and potential market niches.

  • Synchronize product plans with component procurement capabilities and logistical chains.

  • 5+ years of experience in a CPO or Product Director position in complex Hardware + Software projects (MilTech or the aerospace sector).

  • Deep understanding of the production lifecycle of high–tech products.

  • Ability to transform chaotic market (front–line) requests into clear technical tasks and product backlogs.

  • Experience in scaling products from the R&D stage to serial production (1,000+ units).

  • English – B2+ (for working with international suppliers and technical documentation).

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in building management systems in conditions of hyper–growth of a company.

  • Technical education in the field of electronics or aircraft construction.
