We are currently looking for a Translator who will ensure accurate translation of written and spoken materials, preserve the original meaning, style, and context, and facilitate effective communication between international teams and partners.

We are currently looking for a Translator who will ensure accurate translation of written and spoken materials, preserve the original meaning, style, and context, and facilitate effective communication between international teams and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Translate documents, reports, manuals, correspondence, and other materials accurately and efficiently.
Interpret spoken language during meetings, conferences, or calls when required.
Ensure translations adhere to terminology, style guides, and confidentiality agreements.
Proofread and edit translated materials for accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand technical terms and context, especially in specialized fields like defense or technology.
Maintain and update translation databases and glossaries.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Meet deadlines and manage multiple translation projects simultaneously.

Requirements
Proven experience as a translator or interpreter.
Fluency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
Strong understanding of cultural nuances and context.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with translation software and tools (e.g., SDL Trados, MemoQ) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A degree in languages, linguistics, translation, or related fields is preferred.
Prior experience in specific industries such as defense, security, or technology is advantageous.
Proven experience as a translator or interpreter.
