Our client is a non-profit organization operating in the field of applied training and capability development in high-security-risk environments. The core focus is the design and implementation of practical training solutions for professional teams operating in complex and dynamic conditions.
We are looking for a specialist who will ensure reliable legal support for the organization’s operational activities. In this role, you will be responsible for structuring legal relationships with partners, donors, and government institutions, as well as ensuring legal compliance across all internal processes.

We are looking for a specialist who will ensure reliable legal support for the organization’s operational activities. In this role, you will be responsible for structuring legal relationships with partners, donors, and government institutions, as well as ensuring legal compliance across all internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management: Full cycle of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts (service agreements, procurement contracts, lease agreements, licensing agreements, etc.).
International and Local Partnerships: Preparation and legal support of memorandums, partnership agreements, and grant contracts.
Legal Advisory: Providing guidance on applicable legislation affecting the organization’s activities.
Interaction with Government Authorities: Preparing official requests, letters, and representing the organization’s interests before government institutions.
Project Support: Conducting legal reviews of new initiatives, assessing legal risks, and developing solutions to mitigate them.
Conflict Management: Prompt handling of legal matters in business relations and mediation of disputed situations.

Requirements
Master’s degree in Law.
At least 3 years of practical experience (preferably in civil and administrative law).
Strong knowledge of contract law and experience negotiating cooperation terms.
Ability to structure complex agreements; experience working with English-language contracts will be a significant advantage.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly find legal solutions for non-standard business/project requests.
High professional ethics, including strict adherence to confidentiality principles.
Will Be an Advantage:
Experience working in the non-profit sector (NGOs, charitable foundations).
Understanding of legislation governing non-profit organizations
Master’s degree in Law.
