Our client is the NGO Boryviter Military School, established in 2022 in response to the armed aggression of the russian federation.
The organization provides comprehensive support to the Defense Forces of Ukraine by delivering a wide range of free training programs and courses for military personnel.
We invite veterans, former service members with UAV operational experience, as well as civilian specialists who understand the specifics of piloting drones in combat conditions to join the Military School team.
We consider candidates with diverse backgrounds: even if you do not have prior teaching experience or deep technical expertise, but have strong motivation, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Conducting field (practical) and classroom (theoretical) training sessions in accordance with the school’s approved training curriculum.
Developing and updating training materials to improve and refine the course.
Assessing trainees’ skills and conducting evaluations and testing.

Requirements
Strong motivation to train military personnel with varying levels of knowledge and to contribute to accelerating Ukraine’s victory.
Experience operating and piloting FPV drones for 6 months or more is an advantage.
Understanding of FPV drone design and operating principles is an advantage.
Understanding of the specifics of drone use in military environments and/or direct combat piloting experience is an advantage.
Teaching skills and public speaking experience are an additional plus.
Confident user of modern operating systems (Android and Windows).
Responsible mindset and a structured, systematic approach to work.
Basic+ English proficiency.
