Our client is the NGO Boryviter Military School, established in 2022 in response to the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.
The organization provides comprehensive support to the Defense Forces of Ukraine by delivering a wide range of free training programs and courses for military personnel.
We invite veterans, former service members with UAV operational experience, as well as civilian specialists who understand the specifics of drone piloting in combat conditions to join the Military School team.
We consider candidates with diverse backgrounds: even if you do not have prior teaching experience or advanced technical expertise, but demonstrate strong motivation, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Conducting field (practical) and classroom (theoretical) training sessions in accordance with the school’s approved training program.
Developing training materials to update and enhance the course.
Assessing trainees’ competencies and conducting post-training evaluations and testing.

Requirements
High motivation to train military personnel and to share personal operational experience.
Experience operating and understanding the design of FPV drones is an advantage.
Understanding of drone employment in military environments and/or direct combat piloting experience is an advantage.
Teaching skills and the ability to clearly and structurally communicate information.
Confident user of Android and Windows operating systems.
Responsibility, a systematic approach, and discipline in work.
English proficiency at Elementary (basic+) level or higher.
Valid driver’s license (Category B), including experience driving vehicles with manual transmission.
Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to project handover.
High motivation to train military personnel and to share personal operational experience.
