We are currently seeking a Defense Technology Program Manager (Radar / EW Systems) who will support the development and implementation of the company’s technology strategy, drive innovation, and coordinate collaboration between R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure the successful development and integration of complex technological solutions. This role is focused on hardware-based defense systems (radar, EW, avionics) and is not related to software CTO positions.

This role is focused on hardware-based defense systems (radar, EW, avionics) and is not related to software CTO positions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support to the CTO:
Coordinate the implementation of the company’s technology roadmap in the areas of radar systems, electronic warfare (EW), avionics, cybersecurity, and integrated defense systems
Analyze technological trends and innovations in defense technologies
Prepare analytical reports and materials for senior management
Project and Process Management:
Monitor and coordinate cross-departmental projects including R&D, manufacturing, testing, and certification of Thales products
Ensure project timelines and budgets are met
Optimize production and engineering processes
Technical Expertise and Innovation Implementation:
Prepare technical requirements and documentation for radar platforms such as Ground Master, EW systems such as Spectra, tactical radio networks, and cybersecurity solutions
Support the implementation of new technologies and products
Ensure quality control and compliance with defense industry standards
Communication and Partnerships:
Collaborate with key partners, suppliers, and government stakeholders
Support negotiations and provide technical consultation regarding product integration
Facilitate communication between technical teams and senior management
Risk Analysis and Optimization:
Identify technological and production risks and develop mitigation plans
Support modernization and production automation initiatives

Requirements
Experience in defense, aerospace, or other high-tech engineering industries.
Strong technical background in complex engineering systems, electronics, or advanced technologies.
Proven experience in engineering leadership, program management, or large-scale technical project coordination.
Strong skills in technology strategy execution, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management.
Experience managing technical documentation, project timelines, and budgets.
English: Upper-Intermediate or higher for communication with international stakeholders
Experience in defense, aerospace, or other high-tech engineering industries.
Strong technical background in complex engineering systems, electronics, or advanced technologies.
Proven experience in engineering leadership, program management, or large-scale technical project coordination.
