We are looking for a Senior Manager / Deputy CFO with international experience who will be responsible for managing the finance function, ensuring transparency and accuracy of financial reporting, and implementing efficient financial processes in line with international standards.

We are looking for a Senior Manager / Deputy CFO with international experience who will be responsible for managing the finance function, ensuring transparency and accuracy of financial reporting, and implementing efficient financial processes in line with international standards.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, including account analysis, reconciliations, and accruals
Ensure accuracy of accounting and compliance with IFRS and Ukrainian legislation
Manage external accounting service providers and ensure quality of their deliverables
Prepare financial and management reports for internal and external stakeholders
Participate in budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting; analyze variances (budget vs actual)
Control costs, budget discipline, and financial performance at the cost center level
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial commitments
Coordinate with internal and external auditors; prepare documentation and support audit processes
Work with ERP systems (SAP or similar), ensuring data accuracy and supporting internal users
Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and procedures, as well as provide financial support to projects (cost control, analysis, forecasting support).

Requirements
Higher education in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, including experience in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting under IFRS
Experience in financial reporting and working with audits
Hands-on experience in budgeting, financial planning, and analysis
Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP), Excel, and other financial analysis tools
English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work with large volumes of data and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
