We are currently looking for a Senior Manager / Deputy CFO with international experience to work in the defense sector and liaise with the Ministry of Defense. The candidate will be responsible for financial planning, coordination of accounting services, and tax reporting, ensuring accuracy of financial data, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

We are currently looking for a Senior Manager / Deputy CFO with international experience to work in the defense sector and liaise with the Ministry of Defense. The candidate will be responsible for financial planning, coordination of accounting services, and tax reporting, ensuring accuracy of financial data, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation of annual and quarterly budgets, collection of financial data, consolidation of figures, revenue and expense planning, financial forecasting, and budget vs. actual analysis.
Management of an external accounting company (if outsourced), task setting, deadline monitoring, review of financial documents, reconciliation of accounting entries, and ensuring compliance with local legislation.
Oversight of tax reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely submission, interaction with tax authorities, assessment of tax risks, and monitoring changes in legislation.
Control of cost calculations for Ministry of Defense contracts, work with cost allocation models, control of pricing and financial reporting in accordance with MoD standards.
Preparation of financial reports and analytics for management, ensuring transparency and efficiency of processes.

Requirements
University degree; additional certifications or courses in finance, accounting, or taxation are a plus.
Mandatory experience in the defense sector.
Experience in international financial operations and coordination of accounting services.
Knowledge of budgeting, tax legislation, and financial analysis.
Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
Analytical thinking, attention to detail, ability to work independently, and make strategic decisions.
University degree; additional certifications or courses in finance, accounting, or taxation are a plus.
