Our client is an international technology company operating in the field of advanced defence technologies and technical solutions. The company delivers and supports complex equipment in Ukraine and works closely with international manufacturers, customers, and technical partners.
We are looking for a Service Engineer who will be responsible for the installation, integration, technical support, diagnostics, and repair of equipment delivered to Ukraine. The role combines hands-on work with technical systems, interaction with customers and suppliers, participation in testing and trials, and delivery of technical and operator training.

We are looking for a Service Engineer who will be responsible for the installation, integration, technical support, diagnostics, and repair of equipment delivered to Ukraine. The role combines hands-on work with technical systems, interaction with customers and suppliers, participation in testing and trials, and delivery of technical and operator training.
Key Responsibilities
Support of equipment installation and integration on delivered vehicles
Support of all items delivered by the Head Office to Ukraine
Installing software updates on delivered items
Troubleshooting and diagnostics
Receiving repairs and identifying/deciding on the routing back to the Head Office or sub-supplier
Registration of returned materials
Packing and shipping repair items from the customer to the Head Office's sub-suppliers
Support with testing, user trials, and general activities
Performing technical and operator training in collaboration with the Head Office team in Europe
Support of equipment installation and integration on delivered vehicles
Support of all items delivered by the Head Office to Ukraine

Requirements
Hands-on experience working with technical equipment in service, maintenance, installation, repair, or field support roles
Experience in one or more of these areas: electronics, networking, mechanics, servo systems, or engineering support
Experience diagnosing technical systems and identifying root causes of failures
Ability to read and understand technical documentation, electrical diagrams, and schematics
Technical education, preferably in engineering or a related field
English at B2+ level, both written and spoken
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel on business trips
Hands-on experience working with technical equipment in service, maintenance, installation, repair, or field support roles
Experience in one or more of these areas: electronics, networking, mechanics, servo systems, or engineering support
Experience diagnosing technical systems and identifying root causes of failures
Ability to read and understand technical documentation, electrical diagrams, and schematics
Technical education, preferably in engineering or a related field
