The company is currently in the stage of establishing and systematizing its quality control processes. Therefore, they are looking for a Head of Technical Control Department who will be directly involved in operational quality control and help build a basic in-process quality control system at the production site.

This role is for a professional who is ready to work hands-on “in the field,” understands production processes, and is willing to grow into a future head of quality function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organization and development of the Quality Control (QC) function within the production facility.

  • Performing operational quality control of products on the production floor.

  • Conducting measurements using appropriate measuring instruments.

  • Identifying, documenting, and investigating non-conformities and defects.

  • Collaborating with production, engineering, and process/technology teams to resolve non-conformities.

  • Establishing and gradually developing the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).

  • Developing QC procedures, regulations, checklists, and related documentation.

  • Building and developing the QC team as production scales.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical inspection, quality control (QC), and quality assurance (QA) within a manufacturing environment.

  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.

  • Hands-on experience in product inspection and parameter control.

  • Attention to detail, systematic approach, and sense of responsibility.

  • Understanding of quality standards (ISO).

  • Willingness to work within a small production team and contribute to its growth.

  • Willingness to combine hands-on work on the production floor with managing the quality function.

  • Experience in launching or improving quality processes will be considered an advantage.

  • Experience in technical inspection, quality control (QC), and quality assurance (QA) within a manufacturing environment.

  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.

  • Hands-on experience in product inspection and parameter control.

  • Attention to detail, systematic approach, and sense of responsibility.

  • Understanding of quality standards (ISO).
