Our partner is a developer of advanced navigation technologies, focused on L5-direct GNSS solutions for autonomous systems. The product is designed to operate in environments with intense electronic warfare and signal degradation.

The project is currently scaling its presence in the Ukrainian MilTech market, aiming to establish a resilient navigation standard for high-volume drone production.

We are looking for a  Sales Development & Strategic Partnerships Manager who will drive market adoption of our technology and position our hardware as the primary navigation standard across leading Ukrainian manufacturers.

Our partner is a developer of advanced navigation technologies, focused on L5-direct GNSS solutions for autonomous systems. The product is designed to operate in environments with intense electronic warfare and signal degradation.

The project is currently scaling its presence in the Ukrainian MilTech market, aiming to establish a resilient navigation standard for high-volume drone production.

We are looking for a  Sales Development & Strategic Partnerships Manager who will drive market adoption of our technology and position our hardware as the primary navigation standard across leading Ukrainian manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities

Your main challenge:

  • Build and execute a go-to-market strategy for GNSS technology in Ukraine, ensuring L5-direct modules become the default solution for leading drone manufacturers.

  • Secure master supply agreements with key industry players, focusing on high-volume production programs.

  • Establish an operational setup (local entity or Joint Venture) to localize the technology and unlock access to state funding programs, including the ZBROYARI initiative.

Execution & Growth:

  • Coordinate the company’s participation in technical trials and pitch sessions in Kyiv and Warsaw to obtain certifications required for inclusion in automated procurement catalogs.

  • Manage relationships with the Ministry of Strategic Industries and the Defense Procurement Agency to align the product roadmap with government requirements.

  • Develop sales channels through a deep understanding of supply chains and state defense funding mechanisms.

Collaboration & Alignment:

  • Analyze evolving battlefield requirements and competitor solutions to provide insights to the R&D team.

  • Track negotiation progress and report on the status of product integration into partners’ production cycles.

  • Align the international team’s efforts with the realities of the Ukrainian defense sector.

  • Strong understanding of electronic warfare (EW) and its impact on navigation systems.

  • Established network among high-volume drone manufacturers and within the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

  • Ability to clearly articulate the technical advantages of L5-direct signals over L1/L2 systems to senior engineers and procurement stakeholders.

  • Languages: Ukrainian (Native), English (B2+ / professional working proficiency).

  • Strong understanding of electronic warfare (EW) and its impact on navigation systems.

  • Established network among high-volume drone manufacturers and within the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
