We are currently looking for a Mechanical Technician who has hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair, ideally within trucks, heavy equipment, or military vehicles.

We are currently looking for a Mechanical Technician who has hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair, ideally within trucks, heavy equipment, or military vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance, repair, and diagnostics of vehicle mechanical systems.

  • Install and integrate specialized equipment into vehicles.

  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues.

  • Work with technical documentation, схемatics, and manuals.

  • Conduct post-repair inspections and system functionality testing.

  • Provide support during vehicle commissioning and deployment.

  • Deliver technical support to users and service personnel.

  • Conduct basic training for operators and technical staff on equipment operation and maintenance.

  • Collaborate with electrical engineering and service teams.

  • Ensure compliance with safety requirements and quality standards.

  • Preferably 5+ years of practical experience.

  • Experience in the defense, automotive, or service industry will be considered an advantage.

  • Experience as a mechanic for trucks, heavy equipment, or military vehicles.

  • Technical education in automotive engineering, mechanics, or related fields.

  • Hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.

  • Experience working in a service center, repair shop, or workshop environment.

  • Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.

  • Understanding of vehicle mechanical systems.

  • Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems will be considered an advantage.

  • Ability to read technical documentation and drawings.

  • Experience working with commercial vehicles (MAN, Volvo, Scania, DAF, etc.) will be a strong advantage.

  • Experience mentoring or training junior technicians will be considered a plus.

  • Willingness to travel and participate in training abroad.
