We are currently looking for a Mechanical Technician who has hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair, ideally within trucks, heavy equipment, or military vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, repair, and diagnostics of vehicle mechanical systems.
Install and integrate specialized equipment into vehicles.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
Work with technical documentation, схемatics, and manuals.
Conduct post-repair inspections and system functionality testing.
Provide support during vehicle commissioning and deployment.
Deliver technical support to users and service personnel.
Conduct basic training for operators and technical staff on equipment operation and maintenance.
Collaborate with electrical engineering and service teams.
Ensure compliance with safety requirements and quality standards.

Requirements

Preferably 5+ years of practical experience.
Experience in the defense, automotive, or service industry will be considered an advantage.
Experience as a mechanic for trucks, heavy equipment, or military vehicles.
Technical education in automotive engineering, mechanics, or related fields.
Hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
Experience working in a service center, repair shop, or workshop environment.
Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
Understanding of vehicle mechanical systems.
Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems will be considered an advantage.
Ability to read technical documentation and drawings.
Experience working with commercial vehicles (MAN, Volvo, Scania, DAF, etc.) will be a strong advantage.
Experience mentoring or training junior technicians will be considered a plus.
Willingness to travel and participate in training abroad.
