We are looking for a strong and highly structured Head of Recruitment who will ensure the execution of hiring plans through systematic management of recruiters and Team Leads, eliminating any chaotic or manual approach to leadership.

This role is well-suited for a strong manager who is accustomed to data-driven leadership, performance control, and ensuring predictable outcomes within the recruitment function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruitment function and hiring operations.

  • Ensure recruitment targets are consistently achieved across all open positions.

  • Monitor recruiter and Team Lead performance through KPIs and reporting.

  • Ensure execution of the established recruiter productivity model.

  • Maintain recruitment processes, standards, and operational discipline.

  • Identify and address performance gaps within the recruitment team.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and monitor hiring effectiveness.

  • Build transparency through data-driven recruitment management.

  • Maintain accountability and performance-focused culture within the team.

  • Ensure predictable and sustainable recruitment results.

  • Experience managing big recruitment teams.

  • Strong experience working with KPIs, metrics, and performance management.

  • Hands-on experience leading recruiters and Team Leads.

  • Strong planning, organizational, and execution skills.

  • Ability to manage high-volume hiring environments and recruitment targets.

  • Proven ability to build structured and performance-driven recruitment processes.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience working in high-performance recruitment organizations.

  • Experience managing large recruitment teams.

  • Experience supporting volume hiring or manufacturing recruitment initiatives.

  • Experience managing big recruitment teams.

  • Strong experience working with KPIs, metrics, and performance management.
