The company was built on a simple premise: deterrence is proven in the field, not built in a laboratory. The team is hiring engineers who want their work tested by reality, not a simulator.

Ukraine's drone fleet spans a huge range of sensors and airframes, evolving constantly under real operational pressure. This role builds the layer that sits between drone hardware and software - standardising that chaos so the AI can scale across hardware platforms without being rebuilt each time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure multiple sensor types to software and normalise their output so the AI can scale across hardware platforms without being rebuilt each time.

  • Work directly with physical platforms, alongside the flight test team, to get new hardware onto the fleet fast.

  • Communicate directly with OEM R&D and engineering teams and influence platform design across the frontline and in the EU.

  • Expand what company’s AI can fly with every airframe and sensor brought online, and how quickly it reaches the frontline.

Requirements

  • Strong systems/embedded software engineering fundamentals.

  • Experience integrating diverse sensors and hardware into a common software interface.

  • Comfort working close to the metal - firmware, drivers, hardware quirks - not just clean abstractions.

  • A willingness to get hands dirty - this is not a desk-only job.

  • Bilingual English/Ukrainian is a bonus but not necessary.
