Our client is a defense holding scaling into a management structure with specialized verticals in optics, communications, and strike systems (Deep Strike). The company develops and mass–produces a line of UAVs – ranging from reconnaissance drones to long–range solutions that change the situation in the field every day.

We are looking for a professional who can transform the company’s engineering products and manufacturing capabilities into government solutions, approvals, contracts, and stable supply programs.

We are looking for a professional who can transform the company’s engineering products and manufacturing capabilities into government solutions, approvals, contracts, and stable supply programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the process of legalization and commissioning of the holding's entire product line, ensuring the transition from prototypes to state orders.

  • Build a resilient system of interaction with key stakeholders: the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the Ministry of Strategic Industries, and the Brave1 platform.

  • Launch mechanisms for lobbying the company's interests in state tenders, forming a strategic order portfolio at the national level.

  • Coordinate the passing of certification and field trials, ensuring product compliance with customer requirements.

  • Establish communication channels with defense procurement agencies for the prompt resolution of documentation, labeling, and logistics issues.

  • Manage risks associated with changes in defense legislation and Cabinet of Ministers resolutions.

  • Synchronize the efforts of engineering teams and the legal department to prepare flawless technical documentation packages.

  • Document and report on the progress status of each stage for the internal Project Office.

  • Report to the holding's leadership on new opportunities for state funding and grant programs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in GR, government structures, or the defense sector.

  • Deep understanding procedures and regulations for commissioning military equipment.

  • Proven track record of successfully supporting companies in tenders through Defense Procurement Agencies.

  • Negotiation skills at the top–official level and the ability to advocate for product interests in complex bureaucratic environments.

  • English – B2+ (for working with international documentation and partners)

Will be a plus:

  • An established network of contacts in the relevant sector (MilTech).

  • Legal or management degree.

  • 3+ years of experience in GR, government structures, or the defense sector.

  • Deep understanding procedures and regulations for commissioning military equipment.

  • Proven track record of successfully supporting companies in tenders through Defense Procurement Agencies.

  • Negotiation skills at the top–official level and the ability to advocate for product interests in complex bureaucratic environments.
