Key Responsibilities
Building the QC (OTK) function from scratch
Organizing and implementing quality control processes in production
Developing and implementing quality standards, regulations, and control procedures
Forming, developing, and managing the QC team
Ensuring product quality control across all stages of the production cycle
Identifying and analyzing defects and implementing corrective and preventive actions
Collaborating with production, engineering, and other departments to improve product quality

Requirements
Experience in a similar leadership role in QC / QA / OTK
Experience in the defense sector (MilTech / DefTech or related high-quality manufacturing industries)
Experience in building or transforming a quality management system
Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards
Experience in team management
