Our client is a leading European defence company that, in partnership with a Ukrainian organization, is establishing a new high-tech industrial enterprise in Ukraine. The initiative is part of the long-term development of Ukraine’s defence-industrial capabilities, aimed at strengthening national security, scaling production and entering international markets.

We are looking for an EW Demonstrator who will be responsible for field demonstrations and trials of the company’s electronic warfare systems for clients. The main goal is to showcase the real capabilities of EW products in operational scenarios and help the company’s solutions win competitive evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the team during field demonstrations and trials of EW systems.
Install, configure, deploy and operate EW systems directly in the field.
Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations for international clients.
Showcase EW product capabilities in real operational scenarios and during competitive evaluations.
Explain system capabilities to clients and how they meet their needs.
Support Sales, Business Development and Pre-Sales teams in preparing and conducting demonstrations.
Take part in field trials, integration, verification and validation of products.
Gather information on competitors’ EW systems during evaluations and share findings with internal teams.
Collect feedback from clients and field teams to further improve products.

Requirements

Higher technical education – Engineering / Electronics / Telecommunications or a related field.
Hands-on experience with EW systems, especially jammer systems.
Experience in installation, configuration, operation and field deployment of EW equipment.
Experience working directly in the field and readiness for business trips.
Fluent English for technical and client communication.

Nice To Have:

Experience with drone jamming / counter-UAV EW – a big plus.
