Our client is an international defense company. As part of the development of its Ukrainian office, a position is open for a Product Manager – a professional who will be responsible for managing the full product lifecycle, focusing on enabling autonomous air-to-air combat with Ukrainian-produced interceptors, along with proprietary developed software and sensors, to be used in the defense of Ukraine. This role will bridge engineering, R&D, and strategic partnerships.

This role will bridge engineering, R&D, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the technical lead for operations, working closely with HQ engineering teams.
Oversee integration of local technologies and platforms with global architecture and systems
Evaluate and support R&D initiatives and innovation partnerships with Ukrainian stakeholders
Act as the technical liaison during tenders, pilot projects, and customer collaborations
Ensure engineering projects meet quality, security, and compliance standards
Support the recruitment and onboarding of technical specialists as the team scales

Requirements
7+ years of experience in technical leadership roles in UAVs, robotics, defense engineering, or related fields
Background in R&D, systems architecture, and/or product development
Understanding of integration, systems design, and defense technology ecosystems
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Aerospace, or related discipline
English: Upper-intermediate or higher;
7+ years of experience in technical leadership roles in UAVs, robotics, defense engineering, or related fields
Background in R&D, systems architecture, and/or product development
Understanding of integration, systems design, and defense technology ecosystems
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Aerospace, or related discipline
English: Upper-intermediate or higher;
